1. Returns for Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty product, we will accept returns and issue a full refund or replacement. To initiate a return for a faulty product, please ensure the following:
- The product must be inspected in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery. If any damage or fault is noticed, it must be reported immediately to the delivery person.
- If the product is confirmed to be faulty, it will be returned to us and either replaced or refunded based on your preference.
2. Refunds for Intact Products
If you wish to return an item that is not faulty, you may do so, provided the product is in unused and intact condition with the original packaging. Refunds for returns of non-faulty products will only be processed once the product is confirmed to be in its original, unopened state.
- To be eligible for a refund, the product must not have been opened or used.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Shipping charges for returns of non-faulty products must be paid by the customer. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
3. How to Return a Product

- Your order number
- A description of the issue (if applicable)
- Photos of the product (if faulty)
Once we confirm your return request, we will guide you on how to send the product back to us.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds for returned products will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note, shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is faulty.
5. Conditions for Returns and Refunds
- Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, accessories, and manuals.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of faulty products.
- Returns or refunds are not available for opened or used items that are not faulty.
