Shipping in Dubai

At IPTVsmart, we offer flexible delivery options within Dubai to ensure you get your products as quickly as possible. Our delivery hours are from 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM every day of the week, including Fridays, with delivery available from 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

• Same-Day Shipping: If you place your order before 12 PM, we guarantee same-day delivery.
• Next-Day Delivery: If you miss the 12 PM deadline, don’t worry! Your order will be delivered the following day.
• Express Delivery: For urgent orders placed after 12 PM, we offer an Express Delivery Service for an additional 60 AED, delivering your products within 4 hours.

Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on orders above 350 AED. For orders below 350 AED, a delivery fee will apply.

Our delivery team will confirm the location via WhatsApp or a phone call to ensure the correct address. Once we receive your order, you will get a call to schedule the delivery, so please double-check that your contact information and delivery address are accurate at checkout.

Shipping to Other Emirates

For deliveries to all other Emirates, we use a trusted courier service. Orders will be delivered within 48 hours (excluding Fridays), and the courier will contact you by phone to schedule the delivery.

• Flat Delivery Rate: A flat delivery fee of 30 AED applies to all orders.
• Delivery Timing: Deliveries are made between 10 AM and 8 PM.

Our courier will confirm the delivery location via WhatsApp or a phone call to ensure accuracy.
